Rebellious WE: Meditation Session Policy These 1–2 person sessions offer accessible, affirming meditation experiences for neurodivergent women, teens, and families. They are not therapy, but they are therapeutic—blending breathwork, presence, and rebellious rest to support regulation, reconnection, and inner healing. How They Relate to Therapy While therapy is a confidential, individualized space for healing, these guided meditations are designed to complement that work. They offer embodied tools for calming the nervous system, practicing mindfulness, and cultivating self-compassion—whether you're a current client or simply seeking support. These sessions do not create or constitute a therapeutic relationship. However, if you are a current client and would like to attend a meditation with a friend, partner, or relative, that is absolutely welcome. Think of them as the “mindfulness lab” to your therapy journey. --- Session Appointments & Payment - Booking is required for all telehealth meditation sessions. Select your time and it will be reserved for you +1 guest. - Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. - Sliding scale options may be available—please inquire if cost is a barrier. - Sessions are non-refundable once the series begins, though credit may be applied to future offerings in case of emergency or illness. --- Participation & Boundaries - These sessions are supportive, not clinical treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship. - Confidentiality is honored, but these are multi-person settings and cannot be guaranteed—please share only what feels safe. - Respect for neurodivergent processing styles, sensory needs, and communication differences is expected and celebrated. - Disruptive or harmful behavior will be addressed and may result in disconnection from the session. --- Accessibility & Accommodations - Sessions are designed with neurodivergent accessibility in mind: gentle pacing, sensory-friendly options, and visual cues. - If you need specific accommodations (e.g., captioning, breaks, alternative formats), please reach out before your first sessi
