What is EMDR and do you offer it?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy for trauma and distressing experiences. If EMDR is a fit for your goals, it can be incorporated into therapy.
Do I need to talk in detail about what happened for EMDR to work?
Not necessarily. EMDR can be effective without sharing every detail out loud. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe and collaborative, with consent and choice at every step.
