Rebellious Women Empowerment Therapy: Psychoeducational Meeting Policy These 1-2 person sessions offer accessible, evidence-based psychoeducation for neurodivergent women, teens, and families. They are not therapy, but they are therapeutic—blending research, ritual, and rebellious joy to support learning, self-advocacy, and community care. How they relate to therapy: While therapy is a confidential, individualized space for healing, these classes are designed to complement that work. They offer tools, language, and frameworks that can deepen your understanding of ADHD, trauma, identity, and emotional regulation—whether a current client or not. These are meant to be for educational purposes only; these sessions do not create or constitute a therapeutic relationship. However, if you are a current client and would like to attend a class with a friend, partner, or relative, that is absolutely welcome. This will supplement our work. Think of them as the “psychoeducation lab” to your therapy journey." Class Appointments & Payment - Booking is required for all psychoeducational telehealth meetings, select your time & it is saved for you +1 guest. - Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. - Sliding scale options may be available—please inquire if cost is a barrier. - Classes are non-refundable once the series begin (if but credit may be applied to future offerings in case of emergency or illness. --- Participation & Boundaries - These classes are educational, not clinical treatment.
