This EMDR option is specifically for clients who have more complex trauma or want to work on multiple traumas over time. (e.g., continuous exposure to the stressor, history of ongoing child abuse, domestic abuse, unknown trauma such as blocked childhood memories, stalking, divorce, and much more.) There is no specific end date or parameters on what you want to work on, we work on what you decide as we go or create a list of "target" memories (differing from our Solution Focused EMDR offering) If you are unsure which EMDR option is for you, contact us or just pick one of the EMDR options and we can discuss further at the appointment.
