ADHD Assessment That Sees the Whole You

Trauma-informed. Neurodivergent-affirming. Clinically grounded. No shame, no stereotypes—just clarity.

What we offer:

This is a structured, multi-step clinical evaluation designed to assess ADHD in adults aged 18 and older. We utilize validated tools, collaborative interviews, observer reports, and a strengths-based approach to help you understand your brain, patterns, limitations, and possibilities. Our Comprehensive ADHD Assessments are clinical services provided by a licensed professional. While they do not require ongoihey include a thorough evaluation, diagnostic clarity, and personalized recommendations to support your next steps.

Step 1: Intake Appointment: $250
Duration: 30 mins-60 Minutes

A basic intake form and a general self-assessment will be completed on your own time before this appointment to help identify potential comorbidities or differential diagnoses. You will then meet with a qualified clinician to review forms and discuss any pertinent questions that we may need to lay the foundation of the evaluation.

Step 2: Semi-Structured ADHD (DIVA-5) Interview & Evaluation $250

Duration: 120 minutes

In this step, we will go through a guided ADHD interview called the DIVA‑5. It’s a semi‑structured conversation that helps us explore how ADHD traits show up for you now and how they may have shown up earlier in life. The format is organized and thorough, but the experience is collaborative and paced in a way that feels supportive rather than clinical or overwhelming. Many neurodivergent clients find it grounding because it offers concrete examples, clear language, and space to reflect without pressure. Together, we will look at patterns related to attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily life so we can build an accurate, compassionate understanding of your ADHD profile

Step 3: Compilation, Integration, & Interpretation of the ADHD Self-assessments & Clinician Administered Assessments $500

(No appointment needed for this step.)
Current estimate for report turnaround is within 2 weeks of assessment appointment (date of your step 2 appointment)
Total cost includes: official assessment forms, intake appointment, formal report including differential diagnosis, Executive Functioning Bar Graph showing your personal results, validation of how your brain works and why, in written and visual formats, as well as resources and guidance for your benefit.
