I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM SAD, CAN YOU HELP ME FIGURE IT OUT?

Absolutely! Sometimes it can be scary and isolating when we feel like something is "wrong" with us and there can be shame attached. It can impact our self-esteem, our relationships, our happiness, amongst other things. I would be honored to work with you to uncover the layers that may potentially be causing you symptoms that are holding you back in living the life you want to.

I HATE TALKING... WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS?

For trauma, we provide an alternative to traditional talk therapy called EMDR:

"EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issue or completing homework between sessions. EMDR therapy, rather than focusing on changing the
emotions, thoughts, or behaviors resulting from the distressing issue, allows the brain to resume its natural healing process. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. For
many clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other
psychotherapies." (https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/)

WHAT IF I CAN'T PINPOINT A SPECIFIC ISSUE BUT I JUST WANT GUIDANCE FOR GROWTH IN MY LIFE? I FEEL STUCK OR LIKE MY LIFE CAN'T MOVE FORWARD FOR SOME REASON.

This is a great reason to reach out for help. Therapy can be a great place to wander and explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe environment. If you need support as you go through change or growth in your life, we can set goals with the support you need.
