For those who would prefer a do-it-yourself version so they can set their own pace, I offer a package that includes materials to help you with self-discovery, soul searching, tool acquisition, techniques, coping, growth, and more. I provide this support through several different programs targeted at symptoms you are wanting to treat. Depending on the package you choose, it may come with a variety of worksheets, learning/growth exercises, lifetime access to videos, eBooks, and online journals, to help you along your journey

This is a more structured, yet creative approach for clients who would prefer more guidance or clients who have tried regular talk therapy and have not seen the results they were looking for. It’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to mental health!
Let’s get to know each other and we will build out your personalized wellness plan.
These will be weekly 55 min sessions, dependent on the depth of your needs, we will decide the length of treatment as we go. The basis of confidence is trust. When one begins to trust themselves, the rest begins to fall into place. Through exploration and tool acquisition in a therapeutic environment the individual can attain the ability to trust and build confidence within themselves and their external relationships. They will learn to create goals and meet them. Discover what it is that is causing symptoms such as depression and get to the root of things so they can be free of their suffering rather than just coping with the symptoms (although tools will be taught for coping too!).
